Established in 1981, with a
forging plant in Baddi ( H.P ),
Him Teknoforge has expanded rapidly and spread its wings with a second Forging Plant at Pithampur, Indore ( M.P ) and a Machining Unit at Baddi ( H.P ) having all infrastructure to manufacture Finished Gears, Axles, Shafts and other components for automotive and engineering applications.

to craftsmanship. We specialise in developing rough forgings or machined parts as per customer's specific requirements like drawings and materials. Today we are fully equipped to meet any kind of requirements in Rough Forgings and Finished Gears, Non- Gears and Axles. |

The Company is manufacturing around 1300 MT/ month of quality forgings, gears and non-gears. The range of non-gear items covers levers and linkages, propeller shaft components, con rods, chassis parts, Axles, shafts and pinions for various auto/non-auto applications. Forging’s process include closed die, upset
forging and drop forging to produce small metal component

necessary equipment to finish, machine, and heat treat forged parts according
to the needs of our customers. Our Quality Assurance department has the necessary equipment to perform all standard testing. |

The company has its own design cell which uses CAD/CAM facilities and has in house production of forging tools and dies which is accomplished by EDM die sinking and composite die welding techniques. |

house heat treatment capabilities enhance the total control over the manufacture
of quality forgings. The facilities are capable of the required operations
for our in house production, and fulfills various requirements for specific
heat treatment needs as per industry requirements.

The post heat treatment operations comprise of Shots Blasting, Straightening, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Coining, Grinding & finishing /Painting /Rust preventive applications. |

Complete in – house facilities for raw material testing in fully equipped metallurgical laboratory with micro hardness tester, spectro meter, Jominy testing with mechanical and chemical analysis of steel. |

| The Machine
shop is fully equipped for blank turning of forgings with CNC machines. A Separate shop for production of Non gear items like Levers and Linkages having number of milling & drilling mahines. Fully equipped standard room having facilities for lead & profile testing, gear rolling, profile projector, surface roughness tester, calibration equipments etc. In house tool room facility for making all types of Jigs, Fixtures and tool dressing like resharpening of broaches, Hob cutter and Shaper cutters. Fully computerized design and Drawing section to provide support to manufacturing. |
